So sleep, child, no one can hurt you now, not here..

The newness is here...

Let me know what you think of the new look!

I changed a bunch of sidebar junk.

I have a journal entry I'd like to post. I'm going to type it up now and see what I think. I also want to get some writing done very soon. I'm hoping to get back on track with my fantasy trilogy, the Fall of Light. It's been pretty much overhauled in the last year. The basic story is still there, but I've rearranged details and events a bit to make it smoother and easier to get into, but at the same time, it's a more complex, more interesting read. I hope. Keep your fingers crossed...or toes...the appendage of your choice.

It would be really easy to spend the next two weeks playing video games, but I think that would be a bad idea. In the interests of rest and sanity, I've been plugging into Zelda and Pokemon, but I plan on playing them less and less over the next couple days and focusing more and more on writing.

I'm also going to try to get something published, specifically Cain and maybe Adam as well. I would really appreciate if y'all could pray for me as I go through this process. I want to seek God's will in this, whether or not I should write full time or what.

Oh no!! I just remembered, I needed to go to school today to pick up my portfolio for creative writing! I hope it's not too late! Later llamas!

"Hallelujah, amen, you are dismissed."

I PASSED CHEMISTRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That may not seem like a big deal, but it was doubtful for a little bit. And it's because of God, not me! I'm going to have to write about that later. It was the most amazing thing, the last few minutes of the test. For now, though, my brain is toast. My brain is boiled liver. It is dead, it does not function. Please don't touch it.

FOUR SOLID OKAY PRACTICALLY SOLID DAYS OF STUDYING.

And I passed!

So, so barely!!

My finals grades this semester:

Creative Writing: A

Biology: B

Chemistry: C

I'm going to go crawl under a porch and die. Later llamas.

God is wonderful, amazing, beautiful, holy, and wise. You are all beautiful people and I love you dearly. The sun is wonderful...God made the sun...I love God...and Jan Fausset...I'm going to go now...

It's chapped stick and chapped lips and things like chemistry...

So.

I saw Spiderman 3 last night, or rather, this morning. It was great, phenomenal basically. Ignore the newspaper's review in the paper today...he doesn't know what he's saying...

It wasn't what I expected, though. Not quite as dark as they billed it, with a lot more humor. I'll have to see it again before I decide if I like it or not...but all in all, I definitely recommend it.

Um, I suppose I could post something. Maybe later today. I have to take my eyepod Ivy to the "genius bar" at the Apple Store, where I am anticipating gleaning great wisdom and profound technological expertise from a "genius". Or perhaps they're going to give me some sort of genius juice?? It is called a bar, remember. That would be great, then I could be drunk on my own genius. Or someone else's genius, I suppose. What would be the point in wallowing in my own genius?? It doesn't exist. I have found through extensive research and many uncomfortably spent nights that wallowing in your own genius and wallowing in a giant mud puddle are not the same thing.

Presumably, they are going to take Ivy away. Eyepods usually get taken away. I secretly suspect they never get fixed and that Steven Jobs uses them to wallpaper his house. Stroll through the hallways of his mansion(I guess I'm assuming he has one, but come on) and you can listen to any sort of music you want. If you can get them to play properly. Perhaps Mr. Jobs is probably going insane from walking through his house and trying to get all the eyepods to work to no avail, because they all need different things...and the batteries always wear out eventually. Now he just wonders the corridors in his pajamas, hugging his special foot tall, 500 gig eyepod like a teddy bear.

Ivy is off to join this collective, and merge into this sea of insanity and unabashed morning breath. But I am optimistic, for I may be able to get an eyepod video instead, which can hold slightly more than a four gig nano, I hear.

If you haven't guessed yet, I update more often now, so those of you who have sunken into despair at my lack of updates may now rise like worms from the ground drowning in a rainstorm of delight.

Anyways, as my title suggests, I have chapped lips.

Or rather, I have to study chapstick!!

No! I have chemistry homework!! Later llamas!!1!!1!

Sleep this time tonight, sleepwalk in the light...

The new KJ-52 cd rocks. I can't wait to pick it up...

There's a thunderstorm brewing outside!! I'm so excited! I hope it rains like crazy!!

I had a four and a half hour chemistry test this morning. It was pretty much not fun.

AND NOOOOOW. I'm going to study biology. I might post an essay on writing I'm working on soon. We were assigned to write a little essay using quotes from two writers that seemed to write something about writing especially for us...C.S. Lewis will almost certainly be in there...I'm not sure about my number 2 source yet, possibly Ted Dekker, Stephen King (who wrote a book on writing, not a fan of his stories) or a few other random people.

Anyways, I really want to get out of the library and into this lovely weather. Later llamas!

My title is from a Blindside song, not a KJ-52 song, just to clarify...KJ-52 has a new song called "Wake Up" that made me think of Blindside's excellent song "Sleepwalking"

Um yay yay yay, see y'all later.
